Amazing song from SCC,who in my humble opinion , is the best around. It is so awesome to hear such a message of hope within this song knowing what he and his family has gone through. It is a testimony to God's sustaining grace found only in Jesus Christ .
For me personally , when I was falling away from the Lord over a 10 year period , I attribute God's grace from stopping me from falling further. But the Lord in that grace ,using discipline and conviction , uses events and people to bring these things to be. Just like when Nathan , the prophet, confronted David over his sin , to bring about repentance and restoration.
That is what SCC's music did for me. Even at my lowest point , I still went out and purchased his music . A song of his would convict me and I really believe his music was used by God to stop me from going too far off the deep end. There are other events as well , it all coming to a head with my wife's cancer diagnoses, that brought me to repentance. There was also a Christmas gift unexpected of a the DVD of Charlie Browns Christmas that moved my heart as well .
The bottom line , God has been so gracious to me . I do not deserve the mercy He has shown . Sometimes it overwhelms me and leaves me in tears .
Grace , unmerited favor. What more can I say.

As always, what a great song from Steven Curtis Chapman. "You were meant to be", what a great title. My life should be titled, "You were meant to be here still". Glad you're in it with me. Love you, Mrs Reg
